Whole Room Remodels / Basements
Debbi G - Basement
This was a basement that had sewer water damage prior to us being called. A full repair was required, new floor, insulation, walls, paint, and a full bathroom refresh. Customer also opted to get rid of their existing drop ceiling, and upgrade to drywall while we were here.
Scott - Room
This was a walk-in closet this customer wanted to convert to their home office. We painted, added outlets, and installed a floor of their choosing.
Peter - Summer Kitchen
Pictured here is close to a 300 year old building separate from the main home that had been previously framed and insulated. From there, we installed drywall, painted, installed electric, flooring, and trim. We also framed up for a propane fireplace and installed a stone veneer. Lots of time went into making this space perfect for the homeowner!
Dave - Bar
This was a bar project which included custom wall cabinets, custom cut granite, as well as a boat load of dimmable LED lighting. A much needed update!
Mike - Drywall
These home owners decided to remove and dispose of their existing drop ceiling and lights (not pictured here) and upgrade to a drywall ceiling. We saved the existing flooring and painted the walls an owner selected color. The owners elected to finish up by installing the base trim and casing as a weekend project. What a difference!
Peter - Shed
Here is a shed on the top of a remote hill. The client plans to use it as a writing room. All the ceilings and walls are finished with a 6" tongue and groove board, and the flooring is LVP. The client has a neat portable battery pack, so we wired up a spot for them to connect it to the service panel inside the shed. Not something you see everyday!
